Parquin's has found favor with the most serious veteran as well as those just beginning. We have never gone for top producing, as we are a small select home kennel dedicated to excellence of type, without the "ills" of volume, nor have we any interest in top winning since we just aren't thrilled with commercializing our dogs.

In celebrating more than four decades of toy dog exhibits our greatest love is the evolution of type and soundness absolute fascination with genetics and inbreeding with the "artistic ability" to create a unique individual that possesses a distinctive beauty along with true "classic type!"

Looking at a dog as a complete package, we like a more "refined" dog, high stationed, ultra short backed, well up on his legs and neck with a proper Yorkshire head - not dwarf silky type. Breed type is a must, and our dogs definitely display an unusual degree of athletic ability and soundness!

Why did Raymond show? He wished to continue his pursuit of perfection by competing with his dogs on a national, international and world level. Raymond could positively insure the quality and value of present and future stock!

Many of Parquins Champion offspring are exported to many foreign countries such as, South American, Indonesia, France, Italy, Germany, Sweden and Russia to name a few. Parquins bloodline offspring are also owned by Royalty as well as various famous people right here in the USA.
